We currently ship to the United States, Canada, United Kingdom, Australia, and New Zealand.

Processing time: 1 business day.

Standard shipping: 5-8 business days after dispatch. Express shipping: 3-5 business days after dispatch.

Free standard shipping on orders over $100.

Once your order has shipped you will receive a tracking number via email. If you have not received your tracking information within 2 business days of placing your order please contact us at support@novaesleep.com.

Returns

We offer a 60-night risk-free trial on all Renewal Layer™ Pillowcase orders. If you are not satisfied with your purchase within 60 nights of delivery contact us and we will issue a refund.

For all other items, we accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags and packaging intact to qualify for a refund to the original payment method.

Free returns are available for store credit within 60 days of delivery.
